I’ve been trying to figure out how to effectively ban heroes in Dota 2, but I’m struggling with the new updates and the changes they’ve made to the hero ban mechanics in recent patches. It seems like certain heroes are dominating matches, and I want to make sure my team has a strategic advantage by banning the right ones. I’m not sure which ones to prioritize or how the banning process has been altered recently.

    To ban heroes in Dota 2, first enter Captain’s Mode during the game setup. The team captain will have the responsibility to select and ban heroes. Each team alternates turns to ban heroes by clicking on them in the hero selection screen. This is done at the beginning of the drafting phase before selecting heroes to play.
