Developers Valve released a special treasure chest Treasure of the Crimson Witness 2021, only those who bought a ticket for The International 10 can get it. If you have a ticket in hand, you can exchange it for a treasure trove at the link.

You register there, enter your refund information, and get a chest. It can be sold, and items from it are also sold at the merchant already.

Treasure Treasure of the Crimson Witness 2021 is given to everyone during the viewing when First Blood is done. The Treasure Box contains six items for the following heroes: Mars, Beastmaster, Enchantress, Omniknight, Phantom Assassin and Shadow Shaman.
