Here’s what you need to do:

Launch Rebirth and look for a backpack. In one game, ONE backpack will spawn in ONE OF FOUR locations. Possible spawn points include the Roof of Fire Station (said to be the most common spawn), the Upper level of the University parking lot, the Tower in the Castle, and the Roof of the Police Station.

Interact with the backpack to obtain four sets of coordinates (it’s a good idea to take a screenshot of them). These coordinates will vary from game to game.

Match the obtained coordinates with the squares on the tactical map and visit them in any order.

You need to scan 4 drawings (usually found underwater) on walls or on submerged boats.

After scanning all 4 drawings, you’ll receive a notification about the cargo drop, and a crate will fall from an airplane with purple smoke.

Head to the drop zone and loot the crate (opening the crate will take some time).

That’s it! From the crate, you will obtain the coveted blueprint. Take it and make your escape; it’s not necessary to win the match.
