How the weapon stash works from the latest Warzone update:
- They will be added to Caldera as well, but later.
- The logic is simple: you provide a weapon of a certain rarity, and you receive one rarity lower + bonus: killstreaks, equipment, cash, field upgrades, and even a specialist bonus.
Here are the stash rates:
- Your gray weapon = gray weapon
- Your green weapon = gray weapon + tactical and lethal equipment
- Your blue weapon or any melee weapon = gray weapon + armor satchel + gas mask
- Your purple weapon = green weapon + self-revive kit + $500 or $800 + armor satchel or purple killstreak or purple field upgrade
- Your gold weapon = blue weapon + 2 magazines + $800 or $1200 + gold killstreak + gold field upgrade + 1 random lethal or tactical equipment
- Your bundle weapon = the more modules, the better the deal.
– During the fire sale, the deals are even better.
So, it turns out to be a cool addition for the in-game economy. You can eliminate a team and turn in all their weapons at the stash.
