February 25 Update for Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0

    Tonight, the developers released a small update in which they fixed some technical errors and made adjustments to the current weapon balance.

    Weapon balance

    Automatic rifles

    RPK

    – Increased vertical recoil of the initial shot

    – Increased horizontal recoil

    – Reduced damage range

    Kastov 762

    – Reduced damage range

    ISO Hemlock

    – Fixed a bug due to which the weapon hitscanned when using “.300 Blackout” cartridges

    Submachine guns

    Fennec 45

    – Reduced long range damage

    – Reduced damage dealt if the enemy has armor (now it takes two extra shots to break through three armor plates)

    Battle rifles

    FTac Recon

    – Increased running speed

    Lachmann-762

    – Increased damage range

    – Reduced aiming speed

    – Reduced minimum spread when firing from the hip

    – Increased spread when firing from the hip while moving

    – Increased movement speed

    SO-14

    – Increased movement speed

    TAQ-V

    – Reduced damage at close range

    – Reduced muzzle velocity

    – Reduced ranged damage

    – Reduced movement speed

    Module balance

    Ammunition

    incendiary cartridges

    – Incendiary ammo damage temporarily dealt after hit no longer finishes players off

    – Fixed a bug due to which the damage from incendiary cartridges, applied temporarily after a hit, did not apply to armor

    – Fixed a bug due to which, when using incendiary cartridges on sniper rifles, it was possible to kill an enemy equipped with three armor plates with one shot.

    MWII/Warzone update

    General:

    – Changed the position of some elements on Ashik to have more cover

    Fixed bugs:

    – Patched holes on Ashik
    – Fixed fire cartridges

    KB:

    – Fixed a bug with the fact that when buying a set marker, it did not go into the slot of the field modification, but disappeared
    – Fixed the starting time of the “target number 1” contract, now it is 3 minutes, as it should be
    – Fixed the fact that the gulag is in solo was still 2v2
    – Will now correctly show the place after the defeat of the team

    DMZ:

    – AI on Ashik will no longer pass through walls
    – Fixed a vulnerability for weapons with additional models
    – Fixed freezing
    – Fixed a flying box, in a contract for radioactive materials

    Multiplayer:

    – Fixed post-match briefing
    – Fixed holes on embassy
    – Fixed Farm18 map borders in infection

    Ranked Play:

    – Penalties harder than they should be fixed
    – Kick for inactivity fixed

    – Fixed the use of terminals
