How can I see my FPS in Dota 2?

I often play Dota 2 and noticed that sometimes the game starts to lag, especially during intense moments. I think this happens due to a drop in FPS, but I don’t know how to check its value during the game. This prevents me from reacting in time during important moments, and I would like to know how to monitor FPS to understand what the problem is.
