What is the 2 position in Dota 2 and what should it do?
I am new to Dota 2 and trying to better understand the roles in the team. I am confused about what exactly the 2 position should do. I know it’s the midlaner, but it’s not entirely clear what their tasks are in the game, how to properly allocate resources, and when to help other lanes. I need to figure this out to improve my game and be useful to the team.
In Dota 2, the second position is called the “mid laner” and usually plays in the center of the map. They should focus on farming and gaining experience to quickly level up and purchase key items. The mid laner often puts pressure on other lanes and participates in ganks, helping their team stabilize the game and gain an advantage.
