The launch of Overwatch 2 was marked by a number of technical problems, which Blizzard tried to promptly fix, but over time accidentally started creating new ones. Now the fury of players has turned on Tracer.
According to gamers, for some reason, the developers strengthened the character: Tracer’s damage is not reduced when shooting at long range, so the heroine can kill enemies at a safe distance.
Right now, those who play as Tracer can get bans for “cheating”. Single complaints are unlikely to dramatically affect the situation, but the system can write an automatic ban due to the large number of reports.
It is likely that Tracer will not be removed from the roster of Overwatch 2 characters, as it already happened with May, Bastion and Torbjorn.
