How to play with friends if their level is lower than mine?

Friends with a low level cannot effectively play at my level, creating a imbalance in the team. They cannot support my level of play, making the competition uneven and unproductive. This leads to unsatisfactory gaming experience and disappointment for both me and my friends. We need help to find balance in the game and enjoy the gaming process together.
