G2 will play at the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022

In the final game of the Last Chance at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022, the G2 squad defeated Vitality 2-1 – 16-14 on Vertigo, 13-16 on Dust2, and 16-13 on Mirage. The win allowed Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen’s squad to earn a slot in the BLAST Fall Final.

On the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2022 roster, G2 joins NAVI, OG, Liquid, FaZe, and NIP, who also previously earned slots for their success in the BLAST Fall Final.

It’s important to note that Astralis, Vitality, Heroic, Complexity, BIG, and Evil Geniuses, who were among the outsiders, retained their chances of participating in the final event of the BLAST Fall Season. On October 19-23, these teams will participate in an additional Showdown tournament, where a total of 16 squads will compete for two more slots.
