The studio promises to elevate the game’s horror and immersion experience to unprecedented heights with stunning effects visuals, sound and Frostbite-based controls. Fans will be offered an improved story, new characters, improved gameplay mechanics and other surprises. A battle for survival awaits them in a nightmare on the abandoned mining starship USG Ishimura. The terrible mystery of the crew and the ship demands to be solved.

Dead Space was released in 2008. The game had a major impact on the Survival Horror genre. Subsequently, two sequels were released – the puzzle game Ignition and the shooter Extraction. The release date of the remake was not announced at the presentation.
