Apple presentation 12.09.2023: what was presented?

Apple presented the Watch Series 9

• Inside is the S9 processor. It is 50% faster than the previous one. The watch now understands dictated speech 20% more accurately.
• The display is twice as bright – 2,000 nits. It can dim down to 1 nits at night to drain the battery more slowly.
• There is a new gesture – double tap. For it, all you need to do is connect your index finger and thumb. It allows you to pause the timer, receive calls, flip pages.
• The watch is available in five colors, including pink and gold.

Watch Ultra 2 introduced. The watch supports the same features as the Series 9, only made even sturdier and the screen brighter.

Prices for the Series 9 start at $399. The Ultra 2 starts at $799.

Apple unveiled the iPhone 15.

• The iPhone 15 will get a USB Type-C connector instead of Lightning. AirPods Pro also got it.
• Now with Dynamic Island instead of bangs.
• Installed processor from the iPhone 14 Pro – A16 Bionic.
• The diagonals of the screens have not changed: 6.1 and 6.7 inches. The brightness has been increased to 2000 nits.
• Installed 48-megapixel main camera with aperture f/1.6 and 2x zoom.

Prices have not changed: iPhone 15 from $799, 15 Plus from $899.

Apple introduced the iPhone 15 Pro

• Installed faster chip A17 Pro, created on 3 nm process. It supports ray tracing. Resident Evil Village and Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be released on the smartphone.
• Steel frames have been replaced with titanium ones.
• The mechanical sound toggle button has been replaced with a customizable “action button” – like on the Apple Watch Ultra.
• The Pro Max has a new telephoto module with five times zoom. It can shoot Spatial Video for Apple’s Vision Pro glasses.
