Unlike other battle royale games, in Call of Duty Warzone, there are very few items available for healing. The health regeneration system in Warzone is taken from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and it regenerates automatically if the player doesn’t take damage for a certain period.

In loot boxes, you can sometimes find an item called a “Stim Shot,” which goes into your tactical slot and, when used, instantly restores your character’s health. This discovery is the only one in Warzone that is similar to a medkit.

It’s also important to note that health regeneration does not work when a player is inside the gas cloud of the zone!
