Group seeding for the group part of the ESL Pro League Season 16 tournament has been revealed. The tournament will be held with a prize pool of $835,000, the tournament dates are August 31 to October 2, 2022.

There will be a total of 24 teams divided into 4 groups that will play in a Round-robin BO3 format. Group winners will start the playoffs with 1/4 finals and second and third place winners with 1/8 finals. The playoffs will be in Single Elimination format with BO3 matches and Grand Final BO5.
