What’s up with the Activision Blizzard and Microsoft deal?

Microsoft says:

They say that even if Kolda stays, people will move to Xbox for the exclusive perks. That’s why Sony’s terms:

– No Explosive content on Xbox.
– The game must run equally on both consoles
– The game must have no gamepass bonuses
