Subnautica 2 will be a service-based tittle with co-op for up to four players

Krafton has shared a description of the upcoming game in a financial report that includes plans for 2024. The sequel to the high-paneled underwater tittle will be a service game with co-op, the emphasis will be on replayability. The engine is Unreal Engine 5.
Only early access is expected this year. Full-fledged release earlier than 2025 can not be expected.
